1. Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in Bahasa Indonesia, local dialect language and English.
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
3. Organizational experience will be preferred.
4. Willing to travel around Indonesia and to be based in our network.
5. Graduate from reputable university with min GPA 3,2
Responsibilities
- Learning and Development: Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services, sales processes, and strategies through training programs.
- Sales Support: Assist senior sales managers in daily tasks, such as preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and generating sales leads.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address queries, and provide product/service information.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and new market opportunities.
- Shadowing and Learning: Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients or internal stakeholders about products/services.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and address customer needs.
- Training and Development: Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, updating customer information, and managing documentation.
